Level up for a fully integrated approach to longevity, combining advanced diagnostics, medical oversight, and personalized training.
Effective longevity and performance care requires time and continuity. Our concierge packages reflect this with a minimum six-month commitment, enabling proper evaluation, intervention, and measurable improvement. All can then be transitioned to a complete maintenance package for ongoing testing, wellness and support.
Includes: Resting Metabolic Rate test, VO2 Max and Body composition testing at initiation and 6 months (6 total tests), Laboratory testing for general health, hormones and vitamin status. Results & Strategy session at initiation and 2 follow ups regarding plan, progress, medications & supplements, 6 months of personalized exercise and nutrition plans, 10% off supplements, GLP medication (our compounder only) and red light packages. Priority messaging with providers regarding plan and care.

Longevity Lab Foundations Program
$595/month (6 month minimum)
Includes: All of the above from the Baseline Package with the addition of Personalized Training Sessions 1 x weekly (24 sessions), 2 Cognivue cognition screenings, Follow up laboratory testing, 1 Red Light session weekly, unlimited visits as medically necessary and 15% off all supplements, GLP medications (our compounder only) as well as priority messaging with providers regarding plan and care.

Longevity Lab Performance Program
$1195/month (6 month minimum)
Includes: All of the benefits of the other 2 packages with the addition of expanded lab testing for cardiovascular and aging health, microbiome testing, training 1-2 times a week as needed, unlimited medical visits as medically necessary, body composition and red light sessions, 20% off supplements, any other labs, hormone pellets and GLP medications (thru our compounder only), priority messaging with providers regarding plan and care.
Lastly, and unique to The Longevity Lab, this package includes the ultimate in complete care - a home (or virtual) kitchen and house visit for a complete nutrition and environmental review – if mileage is more than 20 miles it will be determined with providers as to method/cost.

Insurance pays for injury and illness, not wellness and longevity. We cannot bill or submit to insurance.

Yes! You should be able to use your FSA/HSA plans for our care.

If at any time you want to Level Up - we will work out a prorated price to switch you over! We want what you want!

Health is built on consistency, results are built on consistency over time. You cannot cancel your membership prior to the six month commitment, but you can at any time once on the maintenance plan. We may pause your initial six-month plan if emergent life circumstances come up, but it will need to be decided with the team.
